当社のスーツケースには、ケース、車輪、ハンドル、ジッパーなど、スーツケースの使用に支障をきたすあらゆる機能的損傷をカバーする生涯保証が付いています。

ただし、不適切な使用による欠陥、中古品またはLuflyから直接購入証明なしで購入された場合、および以下のような外観上の損傷は保証の対象外となります。

- 小さなへこみ
- バンプ
- 傷
- 擦り傷
- ケースの使用により生じる一般的な消耗。

製品の使用による外観上の損傷や一般的な消耗は、当社のポリシーの対象外です。

ケースの全体的な機能に影響を与えない損傷。

購入証明の提示が必要となりますので、これがない場合は請求を処理できませんのでご了承ください。

Our suitcases are guaranteed by a lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that impairs your use of the luggage.

However, the warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, cases that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from Lufly and cosmetic damages such as,

- Minor dents
- Bumps
- Scratches
- Scuffs
- General wear and tear generated from using the case.

Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under our policies.

Any damage that does not impact the overall functionality of the case.

Please note the proof of purchase must be provided, without this we will not be able to process your claim.
