Shipping & Delivery

All orders require 1-3 business day processing time at our warehouse before they ship out.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

Customer's satisfaction is our priority, we offer return within 30 days of receipt.

When returning the product, please ensure its unused and returned with all accessories such as boxes, bags, tags, and instruction manuals that came with the item when it arrived.

Please contact us for return and we will schedule a pick up service for you.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Once we have received the return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

Please note on the different payment method, it may take up to 10 business days after the refund is processed.

Service & Repairs

Our suitcases are guaranteed by a lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that impairs your use of the luggage.

However, the warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, cases that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from Lufly and cosmetic damages such as,

- Minor dents
- Bumps
- Scratches
- Scuffs
- General wear and tear generated from using the case.

Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under our policies.


Any damage that does not impact the overall functionality of the case.

Please note the proof of purchase must be provided, without this we will not be able to process your claim.
